Made: 25th March 1985
In exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 9(2) of the Repatriation of Prisoners Act 1984, I hereby make the following Order:—

This Order may be cited as the Repatriation of Prisoners Act 1984 (Commencement) Order 1985.

The Repatriation of Prisoners Act 1984 shall come into force on 15th April 1985.
