In exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 6(5) of the Marriage (Prohibited Degrees of Relationship) Act 1986, I hereby make the following Order:—

This Order may be cited as the Marriage (Prohibited Degrees of Relationship) Act 1986 (Commencement) Order 1986.

The Marriage (Prohibited Degrees of Relationship) Act 1986 shall come into force on 1st November 1986.
