The Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments Act 1982 (Commencement No. 3) Order 1986
Made: 25th November 1986
The Lord Chancellor and the Lord Advocate, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 53(1) of the Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments Act 1982 and paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 13 to that Act, hereby make the following Order:—
Citation

This Order may be cited as the Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments Act 1982 (Commencement No. 3) Order 1986.
Appointed Day
2
The provisions of the Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments Act 1982, to the extent that they are not already then in force, shall come into force on 1 January 1987.

Explanatory note
EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order brings into force on 1 January 1987 the remainder of the Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments Act 1982. Previous commencement Orders have brought into force section 26 (S.I. 1984/1553) and section 35(1) (S.I. 1986/1781).
