The Offshore Installations (Safety Zones) (Revocation) (No. 29) Order 1986
Made: 26th February 1986
Coming into Operation: 28th February 1986
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the power conferred on him by section 21(1) of the Oil and Gas (Enterprise) Act 1982[^f00001], and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:—

This Order may be cited as the Offshore Installations (Safety Zones) (Revocation) (No. 29) Order 1986 and shall come into operation on 28th February 1986.

The Offshore Installations (Safety Zones) (No. 19) Order 1986[^f00002] is hereby revoked.

Explanatory note
(This Note is not part of the Order.)
EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order revokes the Offshore Installations (Safety Zones) (No. 19) Order 1986. The installation known as Western Pacesetter IV which was protected by the safety zone established by that Order has been removed and accordingly that Order is no longer required.
