Coming into force: 27th February 1987
The Secretary of State for Transport makes this Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Highways Act 1980[^f00001], and now vested in him[^f00002], and of all other enabling powers:

The Birmingham—Great Yarmouth Trunk Road (High House and Other Diversions) Order 1949[^f00003] is hereby amended by the deletion from the Schedule of paragraph (3) of Part I and paragraph (3) of Part II.

This Order shall come into force on 27th February 1987 and may be cited as the Birmingham—Great Yarmouth Trunk Road (High House and Other Diversions) (Amendment) Order 1987.
