Made: 8th June 1987

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 9 of the Diplomatic and Consular Premises Act 1987[^f00001], I hereby make the following Order:

This Order may be cited as the Diplomatic and Consular Premises Act 1987 (Commencement No.1) Order 1987.

The provisions of the Diplomatic and Consular Premises Act 1987 specified in the Schedule to this Order shall come into force on 11th June 1987.

SCHEDULE — PROVISIONS OF THE DIPLOMATIC AND CONSULAR PREMISES ACT 1987 COMING INTO FORCE ON 11th JUNE 1987

Provisions of the Act Subject matter of provisions
Section 6 Amendments of Diplomatic Privileges Act 1964[^f00002] and Consular Relations Act 1968[^f00003] concerning protection of diplomatic and consular premises (set out in Schedule 2 to the Act).
Section 7 Amendments of Criminal Law Act 1977[^f00004] concerning trespassing on closed diplomatic and consular premises.
Schedule 2 Amendments of Diplomatic Privileges Act 1964 and Consular Relations Act 1968.
