The Lords of Council and Session, under and by virtue of the powers conferred upon them by section 40 of the Sheriff Courts (Scotland) Act 1907[^f00001], and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, do hereby enact and declare:

In Chapter II of the Schedule to the Act of Sederunt of 7th May 1935[^f00002], in the paragraphs specified in column 1 of the following table, for the figures specified in column 2, substitute the figures specified in column 3 of that table:—

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Act of Sederunt)

This Act of Sederunt amends the fees for shorthand writers in the Sheriff Court by increasing certain fees by about 6.5 per cent.
