Made: 14th July 1987

The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 140(2) and (3) of the Transport Act 1985[^f00001], and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order:

There shall be added to regulation 5(3) of the Motor Vehicles (Tests) Regulations 1981[^f00003] the following sub-paragraph:

or (c) section 21(2) of the Transport Act 1985 (a small bus operating under a permit granted under section 19 of that Act).

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Instrument)

This Order brings into force the provisions of the Transport Act 1985 not already in force, except for the repeal of certain words in section 37 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847. The provisions brought into force are:
