The Secretary of State, in exercise of his powers under section 3(3) of the Commonwealth Development Corporation Act 1978[^f00001], hereby makes the following Order:

This Order may be cited as the Commonwealth Development Corporation (Additional Enterprises) Order 1987 and shall come into force on 15th August 1987.

There shall be added to the classes of enterprises to which the powers of the Corporation relate, enterprises for the provision of financial, management, or consultancy services or the leasing of assets.

Explanatory note
(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order adds enterprises for the provision of financial services, management services, consultancy services or the leasing of assets to the classes of enterprises to which the powers of the Corporation, under the Commonwealth Development Corporation Acts 1978 to 1986, relate.
