At the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 21st day of July 1987 Present, The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council
Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by section 4(2) of the Territorial Sea Act 1987[^f00001], is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:

This Order may be cited as the Territorial Sea Act 1987 (Commencement) Order 1987.

The Territorial Sea Act 1987 shall come into force on 1st October 1987.
