Made: 30th July 1987

Coming into force: 1st August 1987

The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984[^f00001], and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the Secretary of State for the Home Department, hereby makes the following Order:—

This Order may be cited as the A406 Trunk Road (Angel Road, Enfield) (Prescribed Routes) Order 1987 and shall come into force on 1st August 1987.

In this Order:—

Every person causing any vehicle to proceed in the eastbound right-turn lane shall cause that vehicle to turn right into the unnamed road leading to the private means of access to the premises of Wickes Developments Limited.

Every person causing any vehicle to proceed in the westbound right-turn lane shall cause that vehicle to turn right into Eley Road.

No person causing a vehicle to proceed in the eastbound carriageway of Angel Road, other than in the eastbound right-turn lane, shall cause that vehicle to turn right at the junction.

No person causing a vehicle to proceed in the westbound carriageway of Angel Road, other than in the westbound right-turn lane, shall cause that vehicle to turn right at the junction.

Nothing in this Order shall apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or of a traffic warden.
