These Rules may be cited as the County Court (Amendment No.2) Rules 1987.

Appendix A to Order 38 of the County Court Rules 1981[^f00001] shall be amended by substituting, for the entries in the 3 last columns corresponding to the numbered items, the following:

These Rules amend the County Court Rules 1981 by making minor revisions to the provisions relating to fixed costs.
