In pursuance of sections 48(5) and 51(4) of the Gaming Act 1968[^f00001], I hereby make the following Order:—

The provisions of section 48 of the Gaming Act 1968 specified in column 1 of the Schedule to this Order (which relate to fees charged in respect of the matters mentioned in column 2 of that Schedule) shall have effect as if, for the references to the sums specified in those provisions (for which the sums mentioned in column 3 of that Schedule were substituted by the Gaming Act (Variation of Fees) Order 1984[^f00002]), there were substituted references to the sums specified in column 4 of that Schedule.

The Gaming Act (Variation of Fees) Order 1984[^f00002] is hereby revoked.

This Order increases the fees to be charged in England and Wales under the Gaming Act 1968 for the matters mentioned in the Schedule to the Order.
