Made: 16th February 1987

Coming into force: 10th March 1987

The Secretary of State, in exercise of powers conferred by section 1 of the Import, Export and Customs Powers (Defence) Act 1939[^f00001] and now vested in him[^f00002], and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

This Order may be cited as the Export of Goods (Control) (Amendment No. 9) Order 1987 and shall come into force on 10th March 1987.

The Export of Goods (Control) Order 1985[^f00003] shall be further amended as follows:

(5B) Ships having special structural features for landing personnel and/or vehicles on a beachI

(5D) Ships capable of supporting helicopter operations and maintenanceI (5E) Ships capable of submergingI (5F) Ships not elsewhere specified in this Part of this Schedule of below 100 tons GRT, including inflatable craft in an inflated or uninflated state, except lightvessels, fire floats and dredgersI

(7A) Phosphorus trichlorideA

(10) TrimethylphosphiteA
