The British Council and Commonwealth Institute Superannuation Act 1986 (Commencement No. 2) Order 1987

Made: 24th March 1987

In pursuance of section 3(2) of the British Council and Commonwealth Institute Superannuation Act 1986[^f00001], I hereby make the following Order:

This Order may be cited as the British Council and Commonwealth Institute Superannuation Act 1986 (Commencement No. 2) Order 1987.

The British Council and Commonwealth Institute Superannuation Act 1986 shall come into force in relation to the Commonwealth Institute on 1st April 1987.

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order brings the British Council and Commonwealth Institute Superannuation Act 1986 into force on 1st April 1987 in relation to the Commonwealth Institute, thus bringing the Act fully into force. In relation to the British Council, the Act has already been brought into force on 10th November 1986 by the British Council and Commonwealth Institute Superannuation Act 1986 (Commencement No. 1) Order 1986[^f00002].
