In pursuance of sections 20(3) and (8) and 51(4) of the Gaming Act 1968[^f00001], I hereby make the following Order:

Section 20(3) of the Gaming Act 1968[^f00002] (which specifies the maximum permitted aggregate amount of winnings in respect of games of bingo played in one week simultaneously on different club premises) shall have effect as if for the reference to the sum of £3,000 there were substituted a reference to the sum of £3,500.

Section 20(8) of the Gaming Act 1968[^f00003] (which specifies the maximum amount by which weekly winnings on any particular bingo club premises may exceed the aggregate amount of the stakes hazarded) shall have effect as if for the reference to the sum of £1,250 there were substituted a reference to the sum of £1,500.

Article 2 of the Gaming Act (Variation of Monetary Limits) Order 1984[^f00004] and Article 2 of the Gaming Act (Variation of Monetary Limits) Order 1985[^f00005] shall be omitted.

This Order increases in England and Wales the monetary limits specified in section 20(3) and (8) of the Gaming Act 1968 and described in Articles 2 and 3.
