The National Library of Wales (Delivery of Books) (Amendment) Order 1987

Coming into force: 1st May 1987
The Lord President of the Council, in exercise of powers conferred by section 15(5) of the Copyright Act 1911[^f00001] and now vested in him[^f00002], hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and coming into force

This Order may be cited as the National Library of Wales (Delivery of Books) (Amendment) Order 1987, and shall come into force on 1st May 1987.
Revocation

The National Library of Wales (Delivery of Books) Regulations 1924[^f00003] and the National Library of Wales (Delivery of Books) (Amendment) Regulations 1956[^f00004] (which specify classes of books not required to be delivered to the National Library of Wales) are hereby revoked.

Explanatory note
(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order revokes the National Library of Wales (Delivery of Books) Regulations 1924 and the National Library of Wales (Delivery of Books) (Amendment) Regulations 1956 which specified the classes of books not required to be delivered to the National Library of Wales under section 15 of the Copyright Act 1911.
