Made: 26th September 1988

In exercise of the power conferred upon me by section 4(2) of the Licensing (Retail Sales) Act 1988[^f00001], I hereby make the following Order:

This Order may be cited as the Licensing (Retail Sales) Act 1988 (Commencement) Order 1988.

The Licensing (Retail Sales) Act 1988 shall come into force on 1st November 1988.
