The European Parliamentary Elections (Day of By-election) (Hampshire Central Constituency) Order 1988

Coming into force: 1st November 1988

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred upon me by paragraph 3(3) of Schedule 1 to the European Parliamentary Elections Act 1978[^f00002], I hereby make the following Order:—

This Order may be cited as the European Parliamentary Elections (Day of By-election) (Hampshire Central Constituency) Order 1988 and shall come into force on 1st November 1988.

The by-election to fill the vacancy in the European Parliamentary constituency of Hampshire Central shall be held on 15th December 1988.

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order appoints 15th December 1988 as the day on which the by-election to fill the vacancy in the European Parliamentary constituency of Hampshire Central shall be held.
