The Education (NAB Staff) Order 1988

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 136(3) of the Education Reform Act 1988[^f00001]the Secretary of State for Education and Science hereby makes the following Order:

This Order may be cited as the Education (NAB Staff) Order 1988 and shall come into force on 31st December 1988.

The persons employed by NAB listed in the Schedule to this Order are hereby designated for transfer under section 136 of the Education Reform Act 1988 to the employment of the Polytechnics and Colleges Funding Council on 31st December 1988.

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)

This order designates certain staff of the National Advisory Body for Public Sector Higher Education as staff who shall, on 31st December 1988, transfer to the employment of the Polytechnics and Colleges Funding Council.
