The County Court (Records of Proceedings) (Amendment) Regulations 1988

Coming into force: 4th April 1988
The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 12(1) of the County Courts Act 1984[^f00001], hereby makes the following Regulations:

These Regulations may be cited as the County Court (Records of Proceedings) (Amendment) Regulations 1988 and shall come into force on 4th April 1988.

The County Court (Records of Proceedings) Regulations 1967[^f00002] shall be amended by adding at the end of Columns 1 and 2 of the Schedule to those Regulations the following words —

Explanatory note
(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations require county court registrars to keep records of proceedings under Part I of the Family Law Act 1986 (enforcement of custody orders).
