The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 101 of the Local Government Act 1985[^f00001] as read with section 103(6) of that Act, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:—

Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Local Government Act 1985 (Severn-Trent Water Authority Regional Land Drainage Committee) (Revocation) Order 1988 and shall come into force on 1st April 1988.

Revocation of previous Order

The Local Government Act 1985 (Severn-Trent Water Authority Regional Land Drainage Committee) Order 1986[^f00002] is hereby revoked.

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order made under the Local Government Act 1985, revokes the Local Government Act 1985 (Severn-Trent Water Authority Regional Land Drainage Committee) Order 1986 (the provisions of which are now replaced by provisions in the Severn-Trent Water Authority (Regional Land Drainage Committee) Order 1988 (S.I. 1988/566).
