Made: 29th March 1988

The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by section 110(2) of the Banking Act 1987[^f00001], hereby make the following Order:

This Order may be cited as the Banking Act 1987 (Commencement No. 4) Order 1988.

All the provisions of the Banking Act 1987 which are not already in force shall come into force on 29th April 1988.

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order brings into force on 29th April 1988 all the provisions of the Banking Act 1987 which are not already in force.
