Made: 30th March 1988

Coming into force: 3rd April 1988

The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 6 (1), (2) and (3), and 7 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984[^f00001], and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order:

This Order shall come into force on 3rd April 1988 and may be cited as the A1 Trunk Road (Barnet Way, Barnet) (Box Junction) Order 1988.

In this Order—

Save as provided in article 4 below, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to enter the boxed area if it would become necessary for the whole or any part of the vehicle to remain stationary within that area due to the presence of other stationary vehicles.

The provisions of article 3 above shall not apply—

SCHEDULE

The area of the trunk road marked with the traffic sign referred to in article 2 above at the junction of the trunk road with Marsh Lane.
