Made: 30th March 1988

Coming into force: 3rd April 1988

The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984[^f00001], and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the Secretary of State for the Home Department in accordance with Section 7(6) of the said Act of 1984, hereby makes the following Order:—

This Order may be cited as the A1 Trunk Road (Barnet Way, Barnet) (Prescribed Routes) Order 1988 and shall come into force on 3rd April 1988.

In this Order:—

Every person causing any vehicle to proceed in the outer northbound right-turn lane and in the inner northbound right-turn lane shall cause that vehicle to turn right.

No person shall cause or permit any vehicle proceeding in the northbound carriageway of Barnet Way, other than in the outer northbound right-turn lane and the inner northbound right-turn lane, to turn right at the junction.

Nothing in this Order shall apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or of a traffic warden.
