Coming into force: 31st July 1989

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the power conferred on him by section 15(2) of the Outer Space Act 1986[^f00001], hereby makes the following Order:–

This Order may be cited as the Outer Space Act 1986 (Commencement) Order 1989.

The day appointed for the coming into force of the Outer Space Act 1986 shall be 31st July 1989.
