The Boston Fishery Orders (Continuation) Order 1989

Made: 30th June 1989

Laid before Parliament: 12th July 1989

Coming into force: 4th June 1990

Now, therefore, the said Minister, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by the said section 1[^f00002] and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and with the consent of the Crown Estate Commissioners, hereby makes the following Order:-

Title and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Boston Fishery Orders (Continuation) Order 1989 and shall come into force on 4th June 1990.

Extension of Orders

The Boston Deeps Fishery Order 1870[^f00003] (as amended by the Boston Fishery Order 1897[^f00004], and the Boston Fishery Order 1902[^f00005], both extended by the Boston Fishery Order 1930[^f00006], shall continue in force beyond 4th June 1990, being the date on which they would otherwise expire, until 12th July 1992.

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order extends the Boston Deeps Fishery Order 1870 (as amended by the Boston Fishery Order 1897) and the Boston Fishery Order 1902 for the period from 4th June 1990 (being the date to which they were continued in force by the Boston Fishery Order 1930) to 12th July 1992.
