Coming into force: Forthwith
Now, therefore, the Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by article 69 of the Air Navigation Order 1985[^f00001] and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:

These Regulations may be cited as the Air Navigation (Restriction of Flying) (Molesworth Aerodrome) (Revocation) Regulations 1989 and shall come into force forthwith.

The Air Navigation (Restriction of Flying) (Molesworth Aerodrome) Regulations 1987[^f00002] are hereby revoked.

Explanatory note
(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations revoke the restrictions on flying in specified airspace around Molesworth Aerodrome.
