Made: 22nd July 1989

The Secretary of State, in exercise of his powers under section 7(2) of the Atomic Energy Act 1989[^f00001], and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

This Order may be cited as the Atomic Energy Act 1989 (Commencement) Order 1989.

The Atomic Energy Act 1989 shall come into force on 1st September 1989.
