Made: 10th November 1989
In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 7(2) of the Security Service Act 1989[^f00001], I hereby make the following Order:

This Order may be cited as the Security Service Act 1989 (Commencement) Order 1989.

The Security Service Act 1989 shall come into force on 18th December 1989.

Explanatory note
(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order brings into force on 18th December 1989 all the provisions of the Security Service Act 1989.
