The Submarine Pipe-lines (Designated Owners) (No. 26) Order 1989

Coming into force: 19th January 1990

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 33(3) of the Petroleum and Submarine Pipe-lines Act 1975[^f00001] (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and after giving those persons affected an opportunity of being heard with respect to the matter, hereby makes the following Order:—

This Order may be cited as the Submarine Pipe-lines (Designated Owners) (No. 26) Order 1989 and shall come into force on 19th January 1990.

For the purposes of Part III of the Act, each person specified in Part I of the Schedule hereto is hereby designated as the owner of the pipe-lines described in Part II of the Schedule hereto.

PART I — DESIGNATED OWNERS

• Agip (U.K.) Limited, whose registered office is at Southside, 105 Victoria Street, LondonSW1E 6QU.

• Britoil PLC., whose registered office is at 301 St. Vincent Street, Glasgow G2 5DD.

• Conoco (U.K.) Limited, whose registered office is at Park House, 116 Park Street, London W1Y 4NN.

• Elf Oil and Gas Limited, whose registered office is at 197 Knightsbridge, London SW7 1RZ.

• Fina Exploration Ltd., whose registered office is at Petrofina House, Epsom, Surrey, KT19 5AD.

• Gas Council (Exploration) Limited, whose registered office is at Rivermill House, 152 Grosvenor Road, London SW1V 3JL.

• LASMO North Sea P.L.C., whose registered office is at Bastion House, 140 London Wall, London EC2Y 5DN.

• Phillips Petroleum Company United Kingdom Ltd., whose registered office is at Phillips Quadrant, 35 Guildford Road, Woking, Surrey, GU22 7QT.

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order designates the companies listed in Part I of the Schedule as owners of the pipe-lines described in Part II of the Schedule, which lie above the Audrey gasfield situated east of the coast of Lincolnshire.
