Coming into force: 19th May 1989
The Secretary of State for Transport makes this Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Highways Act 1980[^f00001] and now vested in him[^f00002], and of all other enabling powers:

The Liverpool–Leeds–Hull Trunk Road (Howden Bypass) Order 1938[^f00003] is hereby revoked.

This Order shall come into force on 19th May 1989 and may be cited as the Liverpool–Leeds–Hull Trunk Road (Howden Bypass) (Revocation) Order 1989.
