The Bristol, Rickmansworth, Sunderland and South Shields and Sutton (Pipelaying and Other Works) (Codes of Practice) Order 1990

Made: 3rd August 1990

Now, therefore, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 162(7) of the Water Act 1989, after consulting all such persons as he considers it appropriate to consult, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

This Order may be cited as the Bristol, Rickmansworth, Sunderland and South Shields and Sutton (Pipelaying and Other Works) (Codes of Practice) Order 1990.

Codes of Practice

The Codes of Practice prepared by the Companies and certified as such by the Secretary of State are hereby approved.
