The Local Government Act 1985 (Thames Water Authority Regional Land Drainage Committee) (Revocation) Order 1990

The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 101 and 103(6) of the Local Government Act 1985[^f00001], and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:—

Title and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Local Government Act 1985 (Thames Water Authority Regional Land Drainage Committee) (Revocation) Order 1990, and shall come into force on 12th September 1990.

Revocation

The Local Government Act 1985 (Thames Water Authority Regional Land Drainage Committee) Order 1986[^f00002] is hereby revoked.

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order, made under the Local Government Act 1985, revokes the Local Government Act 1985 (Thames Water Authority Regional Land Drainage Committee) Order 1986, which is now superseded by the Thames Regional Flood Defence Committee Order 1990 (S.I. 1990/1712).
