Made: 9th February 1990
In exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 16(6) of the Official Secrets Act 1989 [^f00001], I hereby make the following Order:

This Order may be cited as the Official Secrets Act 1989 (Commencement) Order 1990.

The Official Secrets Act 1989 shall come into force on 1st March 1990.

This Order brings into force on 1st March 1990 the Official Secrets Act 1989.
