The River Hull (Navigation) Rules (Amendment) Order 1990

At the Court of Saint James, the 14th day of February 1990 Present, The Counsellors of State in Council

Now, therefore, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother and His Royal Highness The Prince Charles, Prince of Wales, being authorised thereto by the said Letters Patent, and in pursuance of the powers conferred upon Her Majesty by the said section 421(2) and by section 738(1) of the said Act and of all other powers enabling Her Majesty, and by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, do order on Her Majesty’s behalf, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—

This Order may be cited as the River Hull (Navigation) Rules (Amendment) Order 1990 and shall come into force on 16th March 1990.

Rule 18 of the Schedule to the River Hull (Navigation) Rules Order 1957[^f00002] is hereby further amended as follows:

The River Hull (Navigation) Rules (Amendment No. 2) Order 1983[^f00007] is hereby revoked.

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order amends the River Hull (Navigation) Rules Order 1957 by updating the reference in Rule 18 to the Collision Regulations.
