Made: 13th December 1990

Coming into force: 25th January 1991

The Secretary of State for Transport makes this Order in exercise of powers conferred by section 10 of the Highways Act 1980[^f00001], and now vested in him[^f00002], and of all other enabling powers:

The new highways which the Secretary of State proposes to construct along the routes described in the Schedule to this Order which connect the trunk road with other highways at the places stated in that Schedule (the new highways along these routes being in this Order referred to as “the slip roads”) shall become trunk roads as from the date when this Order comes into force.

The centre line of each of the slip roads is indicated by a heavy black line on the deposited plan.

This Order shall come into force on 25th January 1991 and may be cited as the A604 Catthorpe—Harwich Trunk Road (Thrapston to Brampton Section and Slip Roads) Order (No. 2) Supplementary Order 1990.
