At the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 19th day of December 1990 Present, The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council
Now, therefore, Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by section 738(1) of the Act and all other powers enabling Her Majesty, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:

This Order may be cited as the Registrar of British Ships (Gibraltar) (Revocation) Order 1990 and shall come into force on 30th January 1991.

The Order in Council declaring that the Captain of the port in Gibraltar shall be a Registrar of British Ships in that possession dated 11th July 1877[^f00003] is hereby revoked.
