Coming into force: 29th March 1990
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 21(4) of the said Act of 1978, I hereby make the following Order:

This Order may be cited as the Northern Ireland (Emergency Provisions) Act 1978 (Amendment) Order 1990 and shall come into force on 29th March 1990.

The following organisation, that is to say—
The Irish People’s Liberation Organisation.

Explanatory note
(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order adds the Irish People’s Liberation Organisation to the proscribed organisations contained in Schedule 2 to the Northern Ireland (Emergency Provisions) Act 1978.
