Made: 28th March 1990
The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on him bysection 17(2) of the Road Traffic (Driver Licensing and Information Systems) Act 1989[^f00001], and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order:

This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Driver Licensing and Information Systems) Act 1989 (Commencement No. 2) Order 1990.

The provisions of the Road Traffic (Driver Licensing and Information Systems)Act 1989 specified in the Schedule to this Order shall come into force on 1st June 1990.

This Order brings into force on 1st June 1990 the provisions of the Road Traffic (Driver Licensing and Information Systems) Act 1989 relating to driving licences and driver information systems specified in the Schedule to the Order.
