Made: 26th March 1990
Now therefore the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 162(7) of the Water Act 1989, and after consulting all such persons as he considers it appropriate to consult, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation

This Order may be cited as the Thames Water Utilities Limited (Pipelaying and Other Works) (Code of Practice) Order 1990.
Code of Practice

The Code of Practice prepared by the Company and certified as such by the Secretary of State is hereby approved.
