The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powersconferred on him by section 26(1) of the Pilotage Act 1987[^f00001] and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf,hereby makes the following Order:—

This Order may be cited as the Pilotage Act 1987 (Abolition ofPilotage Commission: Appointed Day) Order 1991 and shall come into forceon 29th April 1991.

The day appointed for the Pilotage Commission ceasing to exist is30th April 1991.
