The Ermine Street (A15) (North Lincolnshire) (Trunking) Order 1991

Made: 17th January 1991

Coming into force: 15th February 1991

The Secretary of State for Transport makes this Order in exercise of powers conferred by section 10 of the Highways Act 1980[^f00001], and now vested in him[^f00002], and of all other enabling powers:—

The length of existing highway described in the Schedule to this Order and shown by thin striped hatching on the deposited plan shall become a trunk road as from the date when this Order comes into force.

In this Order—

• (1) All measurements of distance are measured along the route of the relevant highway; and

• (2) “the deposited plan” means the plan numbered HA10/EM32 marked “Ermine Street (A15) (North Lincolnshire) (Trunking) Order 1991” signed by authority of the Secretary of State and deposited at the Department of Transport, Romney House, 43 Marsham Street, London SW1P 3PY.

This Order shall come into force on 15th February 1991 and may be cited as the Ermine Street (A15) (North Lincolnshire) (Trunking) Order 1991.

SCHEDULE — LENGTH OF EXISTING HIGHWAY TO BECOME TRUNK ROAD

Ermine Street (A15) in the County of Lincolnshire from a point 80 metres south of its junction with St George’s Lane, at Lincoln, and a point 135 metres north of its northern most junction with the B1205 (a distance of approximately 24.12 kilometres).
