Made: 21st May 1991
Now, therefore, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powersunder section 162(7) of the Water Act 1989, and of all other powersenabling him in that behalf, after consulting all such persons as heconsiders it appropriate to consult, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation

This Order may be cited as the Lee Valley and South Staffordshire(Pipelaying and Other Works) (Codes of Practice) Order 1991.
Codes of Practice

The Codes of Practice prepared by the Companies and certified assuch by the Secretary of State are hereby approved.
