The Norfolk Ambulance National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1991

Coming into force: 1st July 1991
The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of powers conferred by section 5(1) of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990[^f00001] and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and Commencement

This Order may be cited as the Norfolk Ambulance National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1991 and shall come into force on 1st July 1991.
Amendment of Establishment Order

For article 3(2) of the Norfolk Ambulance National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1990[^f00002] there shall be substituted the following paragraph—
(2) The trust’s functions (which include functions which the Secretary of State considers appropriate in relation to the provision of services by the trust for one or more health authorities) shall be— (a) to manage ambulance and patients' transport services and associated services; (b) to manage such other services (including training and communications services) relating to the provision of health services as can conveniently be carried on in conjunction with the management of ambulance and patients' transport services. from the Ambulance Headquarters, Hospital Lane, Hellesdon, Norwich NR6 5NA and to own those and any associated premises.

Explanatory note
(This note is not part of the Order)
The Order amends the Norfolk Ambulance National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1990 by extending the functions of the NHS trust established by that Order.
