The Amusements with Prizes (Variation of Fees) Order 1991
Made: 30th September 1991
Laid before Parliament: 7th October 1991
Coming into force: 2nd December 1991
In pursuance of sections 18(1)(f) and 24(2) of the Lotteries and Amusements Act 1976[^f00001] I hereby make the following Order:

- (1) This Order may be cited as the Amusements with Prizes (Variation of Fees) Order 1991 and shall come into force on 2nd December 1991.
- (2) This Order shall not extend to Scotland.

The fee payable under paragraph 18 of Schedule 3 to the Lotteries and Amusements Act 1976[^f00002] (which relates to permits for the commercial provision of amusements with prizes) shall, instead of £25, be £32.

The Amusements with Prizes (Variation of Fees) Order 1988[^f00003] is hereby revoked.

Explanatory note
(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order increases from £25 to £32 the fee payable in England and Wales to a local authority or other appropriate authority on the grant or renewal of a permit for amusements with prizes provided under section 16 of the Lotteries and Amusements Act 1976.
