Made: 26th September 1991

Coming into force: 1st October 1991

The Secretary of State for Transport in exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984[^f00001], and of all other enabling powers, and after consulting the Secretary of State for the Home Department, pursuant to section 7(6) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:

This Order may be cited as the A13 Trunk Road (Ripple Road, Barking and Dagenham) (Prescribed Routes) Order 1991, and shall come into force on 1st October 1991.

In this Order:—

Paragraph 2 of article 3 of the A13 Trunk Road (Ripple Road, Barking and Dagenham) (Prohibition of Use of Gaps in Central Reservation) Order 1987[^f00002] is hereby revoked.

Any person causing or permitting a vehicle to pass to the right of the eastern traffic island shall cause that vehicle to turn right into the Sports Centre access road.

Any person causing or permitting a vehicle to pass to the right of the western traffic island—

Save as provided in articles 4 and 5 of this Order, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle proceeding in Ripple Road to make a right turn or to make a U-turn at the junction.

Nothing in this Order shall apply:
