The Lord Justice General, the Lord Justice Clerk and Lords Commissioners of Justiciary, under and by virtue of the powers conferred on them by sections 282 and 457 of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1975[^f00001], and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, do hereby enact and declare:

Amendment of Act of Adjournal (Consolidation) 1988

(83C) A supervised attendance order under section 62 of the Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions0 (Scotland) Act 1990[^f00004] shall be in the form set out in Form 36B of Schedule 1.

(126C) A supervised attendance order under section 62 of the Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1990 shall be in the form set out in Form 36B of Schedule 1.
