The Lord Chancellor and the Lord Advocate, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 15(1) of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1971[^f00001], hereby make the following Order–

Citation, commencement and interpretation

Part I of Schedule 1 to the 1971 Act

Part I of Schedule 1 to the 1971 Act shall have effect as if there were specified therein–

Part II of Schedule 1 to the 1971 Act

Part II of Schedule 1 to the 1971 Act shall have effect as if there were specified therein–

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order brings under the supervision of the Council on Tribunals certain forestry committees appointed under the Forestry Act 1967, the appeal tribunal constituted under the Building Societies Act 1986 and the National Appeal Panel convened in accordance with the National Health Service (General Medical and Pharmaceutical Services) (Scotland) Regulations 1974.
