Made: 7th January 1991
Now, therefore, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers under section 162(7) of the Water Act 1989, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, after consulting all such persons as he considers it appropriate to consult, hereby makes the following Order:

This Order may be cited as the Cholderton (Pipelaying and Other Works) (Code of Practice) Order 1991.
Code of Practice

The Code of Practice prepared by the Company and certified as such by the secretary of State is hereby approved.
